Meeting Summary - Aug. 23, 2017 - P3 wireframes demo

Thanks for taking the time for the call this morning - we covered a lot of ground and I feel like we're making great progress. Below are our notes from the meeting - if you'd like to add anything, feel free.

Items discussed

P3 wireframes Admin site walkthrough including the following:
- Document workflow history
- Task assignment/re-send/change status/delete
- Document upload
- Document view / edit (visual/html views)
- Tag Document / tag management / Tag directory
- Publishing process
- Utility menus: Notifications, Settings, My Account

Changes to make based on feedback

- Document view: include UIN
- Tag directory: ability to show passage preview in document list
- Remove separation between private vs. public tags
- Move requirement for colour coded tags to "nice to have"

Action items and next steps

- Industrial to update Admin wireframes based on above changes and Christina   will send an updated link through Basecamp.
- DevIT to review wireframes and comment on any technical issues that may be encountered.
- DevIT to propose architecture and technical plan for prototype; following will be a review and discussion with Industrial to gather feedback.
- Industrial to begin work on client-side wireframes and Stephen will schedule another meeting will for review*
- Morgan to schedule a future meeting with Doug where we will demo the wireframes in full and gather final feedback. On sign-off, we'll proceed to the design/development phase**

* We propose August 31st or September 1st for the client-side wireframes demo.

** Ideally we target September 12th or later that week for full demo to Doug (due to team availability and ensuring we have time to finalize all wireframes).
