Items discussed

- DevIT assumes approx. 5 months of development from start to completion of the project
- Discussed Industrial's process and development workflow
- Juan gave a demo of Target Process, its concept of "cards", and the various states they go through during the project lifecycle
- Christina introduced a mock user story, outlining typical detailed acceptance criteria, and how these are acted upon.

Next steps and action items

- All agree that it would be useful to introduce Target Process as our main project/task management tool during the development phase of the project.
- Stephen to discuss with Morgan cost/time estimates for Industrial's involvement.
- Stephen to schedule follow-up meeting for week of Oct. 9th.
