Development Schedule - Dates
Hi
Ketan
,
Hope you had a great weekend. Have you had a chance to look over these development phases and give your best estimate of when each phase (and ideally, each feature you listed) will start? Having these dates will allow us to make sure your team has the templates they need when they are ready to start working on the features below.
Let me know if there is anything you need from me to better inform the development schedule.

I just responded to
For the search/browse documents and the search filters, this is a bit short notice for us (it is essentially 3 days to get the ILG templates done). We can provide these by end of day on Feb 19th and the remaining ISLG templates by Monday, Feb 24 instead of the Friday, Feb 21.
Could you please assign dates to the remaining templates listed? They do not have to be exact, but we need to know as far in advance as possible so we can properly plan.
Thanks for your understanding.
Savannah
Noted for ILG Templates and we will plan to work accordingly. For remaining template I will discuss with Jitesh & team and then can send you.
Thanks,
Ketan
For the timelines above, are you considering the fact that we're building off the existing ILG HTML templates, and that there isn't as much work to get them completed by the 19th?
Also, I want to emphasize to everyone that the timelines on all tasks are fixed. I have zero tolerance for further delay, and you should consider how anything not delivered when needed will affect over the overall timeline.
Thanks,
Morgan
We will be getting the ILG templates to you on Friday. The templates are slightly more complex and we require some extra time to build them properly.
When you have a moment, could you please assign dates to the remaining phases?
Thanks Ketan.
We are also expecting to get ISLG Phase1 templates on Friday as we have already discussed & finalized. please confirm so we can plan & start development accordingly. We will provide you estimated dates of remaining phases.
Thanks
Ketan
As per your last comment, We should to get ILG templates on last Friday for phase 1 but we have not get it so please provide ILG templates so we can achieved development timelines which already defined.
Thanks,
Jitesh
I apologize for the delay, here are the templates:

Here are all the assets for both:
We will be finishing the ISLG phase 1 templates up today.
Savannah
I noticed in the templates above that we're still using a calendar selection that does not allow for manual dates to be entered, or does it allow for browsing by year. This is something I've raised in the past: Problem with calendar selection fields - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. Please ensure this is corrected for the templates above, and all future templates.
Thanks,
Morgan
We are remember that changes you have earlier requested for calendar allow manual dates selection and it allow browsing by year as well. We will do it from our side.
Phase-2:
1, Research Notepad [ 28th Feb 2020 ]
2, Document Comparison [ 2nd March 2020]
Thanks,
Jitesh
Thanks,
Morgan
Thanks for making the change to the calendar. Kev's progress so far on ISLG can be viewed here:

All assets are attached here:
As we've mentioned before, we require more notice for templates. We can provide these to you by the end of next week (March 6th). With this new date and the fact that we need more notice in mind, can you please provide estimations of when you will need the remaining templates?
Thanks!
Savannah
Thanks for providing basic ISLG template which we can start to integrate as master page in ISLG Subscriber site from next week on wards as Team is busy with ISLG Admin Release on 29th Feb, 2020. More over, I would prefer to discuss this over call on Monday to finalize dates for phase 1 development templates. For rest modules we are working on estimation and by next weekend we should have estimated dates for you.
Thanks,
Ketan
Great to hear about the ISLG release on Monday. However, could you provide with an update on the completion of the ILG Admin site, which is due tomorrow? Note that my team is standing by to start testing the ILG application on Monday.
Note that I've setup a to-do group where we will be submitting our feedback: ILG Team Testing Feedback - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) for Tologix
Thanks,
Morgan
There are currently no cards in UAT on ILG Admin. We will continue to prioritize testing on any cards that move into UAT. I believe there are 5 cards in testing right now.
Savannah
Are these going to completed on Monday so that Industrial can perform UAT and get these moved to Done?
Morgan
We have put them in UAT in ILG site. Please review it and let us know for any further query.
Thanks,
Ketan
Thanks,
Morgan
Morgan
Could you confirm what site we're currently using for ILG. Is it: http://www.infrastructurelawguide.com/Account/Login?
Thanks,
Morgan
Also, I assume we've integrated a similar to document upload process to ISLG that will allow me to upload to following HTMLs to the system for the purposes of the SME trial (i.e., I'll be able to skip PDF conversion and upload the HTML directly):
Thanks,
Morgan
We use http://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com/Admin/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin
We have also finished UAT on the last 5 cards. There are 3 bugs and 2 user stories outstanding.
Savannah
Also,
Thanks,
Morgan
As discussed with Jitesh, we have implemented document upload process as per P3. We will integrate new document upload process once Savannah provides us.
Thanks,
Ketan
Thanks,
Morgan
I spoke to
Thanks,
Morgan
All mentioned steps work fine except Step-2, We have already integrated PDF to HTML conversion algorithm in ILG and conversion working fine so there are no need to manual upload documents. Also your provided HTML files are simple HTML and there are not pinpoint references so document tagging does not work, document must be process by conversion algorithm in order to work further functionality in ILG.
In step-2, Admin need to upload PDF document and make start conversion than application convert into HTML rather than manual upload HTML. We have integrated conversion algorithm to convert PDF to HTML, There are only pending whole document process flow as per new approach and we will do once
Thanks,
Jitesh
I don't understand. The HTML documents above were coded according to the ILG coding manual: Manual PDF to HTML Conversion for ILG - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion. How can they not have the structure required for the application?
Also, I tried converting the document with the PDF to HTML converter, and the results were not great. There is a lot of formatting issues that we'll need to resolved (see example below).
As a result, I would like to use the HTML documents above, which were produced and vetted to be accurate representation of the original PDFs. How do you suggest we make that happen?
Similar to ISLG, I suspect a large number of documents will still need to be manual HTML coded, because of deficiencies in the automated converter, so we'll need to update the application (after the SME trial) to ensure these manually coded HTML can be uploaded to the system.
Thanks,
Morgan
In ISLG & ILG, We can upload manually codded HTML into the system and it will also work but it must be generate based on manual which we have given to CDS team. but in step-2 you have given HTML documents used for P3 prototype and it is not accomplish current requirement of tagging, Current tagging approach and design needs HTML generation based on manual rules which we have provided to CDS team.
In P3 site, document tagging working as per third party JS (annotator.js) and after that industrial team provided document tagging JS which are totally different function logic and UI interface so based on document tagging logic P3 prototype HTML not will perform tagging functionality by current document tagging JS. We need to strictly follow conversion algorithm rules to build up HTML and that's why we are also prepared HTML coding manual document and give to CDS team to generate HTML as per mentioned instructions and rules.
But P3 prototype HTML documents are not accomplish all requirement of current document tagging approach.
Thanks.
Jitesh
Following up on the conversation this morning concerning the Herb Gray Parkway HTML documents, I'll have
Note that I've created a separate to-do group, because I assume we will now be customizing the conversion tool specific to documents for ILG. However, if you believe we should consolidate feedback for the conversion tools in ISLG and ILG into one group of feedback, please let me know.
Also, I'm going to post a separate message about updating the relevant ILG HTML coding manual.
Thanks,
Morgan
Would you like me to go ahead and check the Herb Gray Parkway HTML documents tomorrow?
Following up on my previous comment,
Also,
Please prioritize getting issues identified in these cards complete, and we'll complete the UAT process to get the ILG Admin application delivered according to the steps outlined above.
Thanks,
Morgan
All cards of ILG moved to done, only one card shifted to in process and that is related to message change, it will be done on Monday than there will not pending any card in ILG admin side.
Thanks,
Jitesh
Thanks,
Morgan
Do we have any update on ISLG Phase 1 design templates? As of now, we just received master layout template only. Let us know by when we can get all phase 1 design templates so we can plan development accordingly.
Thanks,
Ketan
As per timeline specified for ILG, We have completed timeline of 6th March.
1, Completed all the outstanding cards in TargetProcess for ILG admin
2, All documents are upload on "Herb Gray Parkway" folder in Dev site of ILG.
Thanks,
Jitesh
Could you confirm what site we're currently using for ILG. Is it: http://www.infrastructurelawguide.com/Account/Login?
Currently, We are using site for ILG is URL :
http://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com/Admin/Login
Site browser authorization credential :
UserName : p3lg
Password : P3@#123
Site ILG login page credential :
UserName : admin@gmail.com
Password : admin
Thanks,
Jitesh
Ok. Great. As I've outlined in my post above: Re: Development Schedule - Dates - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) it appears we have completed Step 1: completing all cards on TargetProcess.
Next, step is resolve the issues with the Herb Gray Parkway documents that
When these are resolved, we'll need to wipe the http://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com application of all data (with the exception of the Herb Gray Parkway documents), and then
Note we have been using http://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com/Admin/Login.
Thanks,
Morgan
Following-up on
Also, rather than continuing to track this through convoluted message threads, could you please organize and post ALL relevant templates (past & present) for the ILG and ISLG applications in the following Doc folders:
ISLG HTML Templates - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
ILG HTML Templates - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) for Tologix
This needs to be better organized, and I'm concerned that we're posting important documents in message threads where they get lost.
Thanks,
Morgan
Kev is entirely focused on finishing up these templates. We posted subject navigator here:
subject-navigator.zip - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Kev is going to finish up the last few templates over the next day.
Savannah
Thanks,
Morgan
Now that we have completed ILG Admin and updated the SME trial sample documents:
We're ready to implement step-2 from above: Re: Development Schedule - Dates - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG).
Please proceed with wiping all data from http://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com/Admin. Please confirm when the process is complete.
Thanks,
Morgan
Actually
Thanks,
Jitesh
Morgan
Ok, We are wipe all data from dev.ilg than for Herb Gray Parkway documents need to upload again so who will upload those document on dev.ilg. It will upload by SME or we need to upload those documents.
Thanks,
Jitesh
Yes, please wipe dev.islg of all data, and then upload the Herb Grey Parkway documents, because there is currently no way for an admin user to manually upload HTML documents.
Thanks,
Morgan
We have wipe all data from dev.ilg, and also uploaded the Herb Grey Parkway documents. Please let us know anything need to do from our end in order to complete defined steps.
Thanks,
Jitesh
When the process is complete and we've resolved any issues that are reported, we'll migrate dev.ilg to www.ilg, and start the SME trial.
Thanks,
Morgan
