I added a few comments in the wireframes, but overall in looks pretty good. Note that I added an additional requirement for browsing by jurisdiction in the Browse by Project tab. I think this will be a very common method for browsing by projects, and thus, worthwhile to create a dedicated function for it beyond the project filters. Would it be possible to create some additional wireframes that cover this functionality.
