ILG Full Product Build

Hi everyone,

Further to our AGM last week, we have the mandate to build the full Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) product. The launch date has been set for July 2019. Similar to the ISLG Rebuild, the application will need to be ready a few months before the launch date to give sufficient time for data capture. Therefore, the application launch date is May 2019. That gives us 4 months to build the application.

With this project we will be refining and expanding the current ILG prototype. This will include building a marketing website, expanding the admin control and tracking functions, and expanding and refining the front-user research tools. Having said that, the heavy lifting of this project has already been completed for the prototype.

The first step is to put together a work plan for the project.
