ILG Project and Document Upload Process
Hi
Ketan
,
I'd like to start a discussion on how we're going to populate the databases for ILG. We have already captured a large amount of data and documents offline (718 project and 2648 documents), and I would like to batch upload the data and document through a back-end process. Let me know you're thoughts, and we discuss more during tomorrow's call.

Here's an overview of the data we have collected offline:

All data relevant to Projects and Documents field on ILG is stored in the ILG Project and Document Master List: https://islg.egnyte.com/dl/hvpCOrLolk.
Project data is contained in the "Projects" tab, and Document data is contained in the "Project Documents" tab:

As discussed on yesterday's call, this is feasible to migrate data from Excel to ILG Database. Also, let us know when you plan this to be done.

That's great. We're onboarding a new person on May 1st to assist with this project. Once we get her up to speed and update the data and list to match the fields available on ILG, we'll proceed with next steps on the migration. Therefore, I don't expect we'll turn our attention to this issue until mid/late May.
Thanks,
Morgan
