This CSS and JS are already with us. But, we need updated CSS & JS for table listing same as ISLG.
For example, Action Menu with Options menu with (Change Status, View, Edit, Delete), Horizontal Scroll where First Column is Fixed with same ILG color theme.
Following, I have attached screen shot for your reference.
Any update on this ? Do you need more details ?

These are updated assets that include the functionality however including these files alone won't be enough, you have to update the HTML markup to match my example.
