We had our AGM yesterday. During the meeting we discussed progress on the P3 project, and I received approval on the plan to bring the P3 product to launch. Here is a rough outline:
Stage 1: Build P3 Prototype
- Step 1: Consult with subject-matter experts and design prototype (complete - pending some additional design changes concerning project/document information)
- Step 2: Implement prototype design and build web application (in process – Mar 2018)
- Step 3: Collect and HTML code data for prototype content (automated conversion of PDFs to HTML - Mar 2018)
- Step 4: Perform subject-matter expert tagging of prototype content on web application (Apr 2018)
- Step 5: Consult with P3 stakeholders and validate prototype (Jun 2018)
Stage 2: Build P3 LawGuide (Dec 2018)
Stage 3: Launch P3 LawGuide (Jan 2019)
The dates in brackets represent the scheduled completion dates for each stage/step. According to this plan, the prototype should be ready for delivery (i.e., ready for use by admin and front-end users) by the end of March. Would it be possible to get update from
Anil
and
Stephen
that we're on track to meet this deadline.
Perhaps we can schedule a call for next Thursday morning at 7:15am Vancouver time to discuss the road ahead.
Thanks,
Morgan

Sounds good. I've scheduled a call for next Thursday.
Thanks,

We reviewed new stories regarding Projects and Compare Documents. There seems major changes at Development as well as SQL Database level. We will review these stories in more details and will discuss on Thursday regarding timeline.
