Problem with Document States

Hi Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa ,
 
Further to the video below, after playing around with task assignments and changing the document states today on ILG and ISLG, I'm concerned with the lack of control admin users (with the appropriate privileges) have over manually overriding the document states in the document management system. 

Would it be possible for us to have a call to discuss today or on on Monday?
