Re-assigning tasks in ILG

On a call today discussing the task and document states criteria in ILG, an issue was raised that we would like to confirm with you.
From the 'document history' tab, the 'task status' column had an actions menu that allowed admins to change the task that was assigned to an admin.
We decided it would be best to have these actions remain in the Task Assignment modal, to preserve the integrity of the document history tab, and to not be altering that data, which should remain more of a historical record. This deviates from the original P3 criteria, so we would just like to confirm that this is okay with you.

I believe that's fine with me. So does that mean the links would be removed from Task Status, and the admin user would need to selecting "Total Assigned Task: 3/3" to make modifications to tasks?

Yes exactly, the functionality to add/remove/edit tasks would just remain in the 'Total Assigned tasks' modal, rather than in both places
