Stakeholder Interviews

Hi Morgan, 
Christina has asked me to set up some stakeholder interviews within the next week.  
I have created a table to help organize these sessions. Please see the attached to link to google docs. Please fill out the attendees and contact email on the dates provided in the table. Once completed I will assign Go-to-meetings to each interview.

Hi Sarah,

I'll fill-in the contact info; however, scheduling might be an issue for some of the participants. Also, could we use a spreadsheet rather than a doc. The names don't line up with columns, and it's very frustrating trying to fill this in.

One other issue with scheduling. Greg, Doug and Kasim are going to the most difficult to schedule, so I suggest sending them a selecting of dates for them to choose from using Doodle, and then my team (Paul, Irit and myself) can work around what works for them.

Tina is only looking for 3 interviews. 
1 per topic so we won't need all 6 stakeholders to attend.

Hi Sarah,

I have access to the Google Sheet now (note that I changed the sharing settings so that it can be opened by anyone who has the link). However, could you clarify what we're trying to do. Further to discussions with Tina, it was desirable for us to setup interviews with groups of stakeholders to encourage brainstorming. Are you proposing to setup individual sessions with each person during the proposed times, or just an option of times for each stakeholder group. I'm assuming it's the latter, but I wanted to confirm before I send it out to the groups.

Hi Sarah,

I've been able to confirm a time for my team on the 7th (see Google Sheet), but the times suggested on the 10th don't work, because we have a board meeting that day. Also, there is a lot of overlap in people for the Subject-Matter Expert group and the Researcher group, so I have combined this into one group with three different session options. I'll send out a Doodle Poll, and let you know if any of these work for everyone.

I have filled in the Google sheets document with the information concerning the sessions scheduled for July 7th and 10th. I'll leave it to you and Tina to send out all the applicable meeting details for people to connect. Note that Paul, Doug and I will be connecting from the same conference room on July 10th.

Please add the information from the google sheet onto your meeting requests.
The times for these are sessions based on Eastern standard time (Ottawa time).

Christina will be leading this meeting on her own, Megan and Ryan will not be attending.
