Wireframe revisions

I have revised the admin and front-end wireframes to incorporate feedback from our meetings and invision comments. Here is a summary of the major changes:

I have revised the admin and front-end wireframes to incorporate feedback from our meetings and invision comments. Here is a summary of the major changes:
Admin:
- I modified the folder views to reflect the hierarchical structure of jurisdiction > project > documents. The initial landing page and sidebar now shows level 1 jurisdiction folders and you can drill down by clicking BC_CA > Canada Line
- UIN is only required for documents and not folders.
- The document tagging views include the modified tag directory. The tags are organized by topic groups instead of alphabetically.
- All tagging examples use terms from Doug's sample documents.
- The create tag modal window has been modified to show the selection of tag group(s). You can see this by going to settings>manage tag directory and clicking on "Create New Tag" button. In the modal window you can click on the "Tag Group(s)" form field to see the dropdown and also on the "create new group" text link.
Front-end:
- I modified the landing page by bringing the universal search bar down closer to search by topic. This way the user sees all search methods grouped together.
