Hi Martin,

 

The IP mentioned is from the Allen & Overy VZen which is used for site requiring IP Authentication.

I have checked our Proxy Logs for May 12 and I noticed that the vast majority of requests originated from a single user (Over 25,000).

 

Most of these requests seem to be for the same URL:

Currently, the Domain www.investorstatelawguide.com is SSL inspected by our proxy (as is normal for our Zscaler Proxy), however, we can add it to our SSL Bypass category if you have reason to believe that this could be causing a problem with the application.

We saw an unusual volume of sessions coming in from IP 82.118.67.5 on May 12.

Are you aware of what might have caused this? Could the use of Zscaler be related to this?

 

Here’s a chart showing all sessions coming from 82.118.67.5 since April, broken down by day.

 

 

I am working with my team in parallel and inquiring whether we could possibly be dealing with a bug on our end.

But the IP address referenced above is the one that has generated the most sessions by far amongst all of our customers and users.

My apologies, Halifax is a 4 hour time difference, not 3.5, I had my cities in Eastern Canada confused. 

 

 

 

Dear Anna,

 

There has been some anomalous logins on the account from our end, a large number of sessions displaying less than 1 second of login time in a very short duration of time.  I was hoping to set up a call with someone in IT from the firm, along with Martin Laporte (CC’d), to discuss this and troubleshoot the session data from our end.  Could you help facilitate this connection?  Martin is based in Halifax so is only 3.5 hours behind in time difference, so coordinating schedules should be a bit easier than for us based in Vancouver.
