Hi , 
I've mocked up one of the emails for the HTML templates. Kev is back now and can work on this. I just wanted to get your feedback before he starts on it. I think we can keep these simple and clean. 

Kev will then create a style guide with all of the different email styles for Anil like he did for the site.

The mock-up above looks good. Please proceed with getting the HTML templates created. Also, would it be possible to see an option with signature updated to match the formatting of the rest of the email? If it looks we may use this generally going forward.

Sure Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan  what change would you like to see to the signature? Generally, signatures are a smaller font size.
