My apologies on the delay getting this fixed. We have decided to change our approach on the template and have used Mailchimp as a tool to generate an email template which has the absolute best possible Email client support. The only visual inconsistency that you may encounter is in older versions of outlook the button will not have rounded edges - this cannot be resolved.
Unfortunately as a result of this change the HTML structure will become more tedious to work with. In the newest version of the email template you will find the content at the following lines:
Content before the button: Line 538
The button: Line 594
Content after the button: 618
Footer content: 671
I apologize if this causes a lot of repeated work implementing the email templates.
