New ISLG Maintenance Project

Hello all,

This is a new project created for ISLG maintenance. We will still be using the project on Basecamp 2: https://basecamp.com/2341283/projects/12196005 until all the remaining items are resolved or transferred to this project. However, all future discussions or to-do's concerning ISLG maintenance should be dealt with here going forward.
