Reordering newly added publication references on the live site

Hi Anil:

After the Publication Citator batch upload, we added the following new publications for the first time yesterday:
PUB/1510/0299

PUB/1511/9787

PUB/1512/4196

PUB/1513/4455

PUB/1514/7935

PUB/1515/3732

PUB/1516/2849

However, they appear at the bottom of each category (e.g., Books or Periodicals) on the live site as shown below instead of in alphabetical order.

For Books

Even within the periodical publications, they seem out of order. Is there a way that I can reorder how the new publications are displayed on the live site? I know I can already do that for Treaties and Rules tab entries as shown below, but I am wondering if it is a new tool we have to build. If it is, I want the system to automatically add new publications in alphabetical order.

We did some changes and therefor the publications will be always automatically set in alphabetical numeric order on both dev.islg and www.islg

Please check and confirm.

Hi Harsh:

It was previously sorted in alphabetical order based on last name (see what I captured above), but it is now sorted alphabetically based on first name as shown below.

Could we revert to sorting alphabetically based on last name as you did when you batch uploaded?

It appears that the changes above are being performed directly on www.islg. This should only be done in emergencies. Please ensure that changes are only performed and finalized on dev.islg before making any changes on www.islg. Not doing so complete defeats the purpose of our migration protocols.

Also, to clarify Paul's request above, please order the publications by Step 1 - Full title of document: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/AddDocumentStep1?docId=7425, rather than Step 2 - Full citation of document, which should achieve the desired effect of ordering the documents alphabetically by last name.
