Wireframes: Trial Sign up, Password Reset and Username Recovery.

Here's the prototype that outlines all of these flows in wireframe form. I've written the corresponding emails and these are also within this prototype. You should be able to follow it end to end but let me know if you have any troubles or questions.
After talking all together, it's best to allow users to create their own password and username initially, have the ability to reset a forgotten password and recover a forgotten username (the system will send them their username via email). This would be the most secure way to handle evenrything.
