Front End Design Templates
Just reposting this information in the proper basecamp
I have attached a zip archive containing the design template files. Included at the root of the directory you will find a readme which contains instruction on how to compile and run the project on your own, alternatively precompiled assets have been included inside of the "dist" folder. Please let me know if further instructions are required, or if there are any issues that need to be resolved.

as well I have added the login to notepad option in the header. Attached you will find the updated zip archive with these dev files.
Also, as we've discussed, we'll have to work on changing the signup page: http://tologix-public-stage.s3-website.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/start-your-trial.html to conform with our subscriber management system. Also, I'd like the "Full Name" field separated into "Given Name" and "Family Name".

As for the sign up page this was intended to serve as a guideline for building the real form. Each input can be used as an example as how to build similar fields in the future. It was our understanding that this form was to be simplified which is why it was left with the number of fields it has now.
We'll work on updating the signup form over the next week.

I realize it's early, but any chance we could make it 7am Vancouver-timer? (we have a conflict here at 7:30am)

Sure, just note that my daughter may be yelling in the background. FYI: my wife gets home from her morning workout at around 7:15am, which is why I schedule them then.
