We've discovered another image that needs to be updated. We send out a weekly newsletter. A sample is available here: https://mailchi.mp/9b6280c7eab0/investor-state-lawguide-islg-updates-vol-6-no-982969?e=d0b0b5c582. The header image at the top of the newsletter needs to be updated. Could you create us a new version for us? 

Note that the font options are limited, but we're currently using Arial. Also, we'll change the font colour of the headings to HEX#: 1c449c, according to the Branding Guide.
