I'd like to place the following under paragraph ID 3.1 and paragraph ID 3.2 and be able to indent the second body of text.

Is this similar to Ability to add subparagraph and eliminate indentation (UN/0110/06) - Tologix - Desktop Converter, in the sense that we need a way to indent sub-selections of text within a Text or Footnote block?

This might be slightly different than the other request. I'm going to use IC/0301/17 as my example.  I'm working on it right now. In this example, the text in the red box is given the paragraph ID tag Paragraph 32.
