✔ Ability to make single space between paragraphs (UN/0110/06)

Hi
Using UN/0110/06 as an example.
How do I remove these spaces? Could we consider making "0" under "Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" to signify single space? And then positive numbers are increased spacing?

I believe I can improve this and give us more flexibility.
Can you attach the saved Project file in this Basecamp? That's the .json file found in your Documents\Tologix\Desktop Converter folder.

I believe the issue is related to Ability to zoom out to see entire page of PDF - Tologix - Desktop Converter, as you had to create multiple blocks instead of one large block.
If, instead, you create one big block, I believe this would address this concern.
Here's how it looks like with one block:
