✔ Issue with Block Property ID tag and alignment (OT/0032/05)

Notes: Alignment issues appeared during conversion. I believe this is due to paragraph ID tag issues.

Starting at paragraph 2.4 onwards in the HTML, indentation is wrong. For example, paragraph 2.4 should be aligned with paragraph 2.3

I tried to fix the paragraph ID tag to "pa2.4", but it continuously reverts back to "papa2.4"

At paragraph 5.2.2 onwards, alignment issues continue, but now the paragraph number appears above the body of text.

We are dealing with 3 issues:

The "papa" or "fnfn" situation. This is caused by the improvements I attempted to make in order to allow more latitude for ID names. The current workaround is to select the entire ID, and just enter the number. The program should automatically prefix with the correct ID. I will work on improving this.
Some paragraphs are not aligned properly (e.g.: pa2.4, pa5.2.2): this is a bug, and I believe I have found the pattern (hint: it happens when joining 2 blocks). I will fix this.
Footnote font size and alignment. Might be partly caused by #2. I will fix #2 first and re-check that one after.

The first two issues are resolved.

However, there's an issue with Footnotes.

Footnote font size is fine. However, alignment is still an issue.
Using OT/0032/05.

For the footnote issue, I believe it is the one already tracked in Footnote alignment issue - Tologix - Desktop Converter.

I plan on starting work on that one today.
