Starting at paragraph 2.A.1, the paragraph numbers appear above the body of text.  I wonder if it's due to the HTML ID tag I entered.

There's a similar formatting issue with the Footnotes

Starting at Footnote 2, the font size and formatting and alignment changes.

I believe I was able to find and fix the root cause of the issue. I have tested it using the JSON you linked to, and I have also tested against other documents. Everything seems to be working per expectations.

The latest release was published a few minutes ago. Can you give it a try and let me know how it goes?
