❏ Retaining PDF text formatting in HTML (bold/ italics)

At times the PDF to HTML converter incorrectly converts text formatting.  This particular example is a good quality PDF. I would say the text in the PDF is crisp.

For example:

Paragraph 54 of OT/0014/09.  Some non-bold text in the PDF appears as bold in the HTML output.
