Further to the video below, this isn't a high priority item, but we should make adjustments to the task assignment system so that if multiple documents are getting assigned to the same person with the same assignment type, they are can assigned to the user all at once. This will make the assignment process more efficient, and avoid the flurry of emails the person receives when they receive multiple task assignments.
