✔ Make Date of Concession Agreement a non-required field

Further to the video below, there are projects where no data will be available for the Date Of Concession Agreement (MM/DD/YYYY) * field. Two options are available to fix the problem:
  1. Make field a non-required field
  2. Make field a non-hardcoded field that is available in managed fields, and then the admin user will be able to remove the required field option with the meta field management page.
The second option is preferred, but the first option is fine if there are technical reason for keeping the field a hardcoded field.

as per your suggestion we have to choose 2 option for "Date Of Concession Agreement (MM/DD/YYYY) "  and convert this  field to non-hardcoded field.
