Further to the video below, there is a problem with saving document level tags within ILG:
  1. UI is not behaving as expected when tag is selected from Tag Directory
  2. Tags is not getting saved to document
This needs to be resolve ASAP, because it is interfering with the SME trial.

I have checked this scenario of document level tag issue and we are working on UI is not behaving as expected when tag is selected from Tag Directory, but second issue we are not reproducing on production (http://infrastructurelawguide.com/), We will check twice and update you soon.

Ok. Thanks Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh ​. The tag saving issues occurred on multiple computers and logins so please let us know if you still can't recreate the problem. Note that it only occurs after you save the draft and exit the document. Afterwards, the document tag no longer appears.
