Further to the video below, there is a problem when documents are reassigned to other users. After a document is reassigned to a different users, the original users still sees the task in their assigned tasks. When a document is reassigned, I would expect the document to be removed from the original user's assigned tasks.

In addition, I spotted an error when attempting to select the Document State links when viewing my assigned tasks. I assume this has to do with the fact that the user doesn't have task assignment privileges. If that's the case, the link shouldn't be present.
