Further to the video below, we started the trial this morning, and an error was experienced when attempting to open documents that were assigned to subject-matter expert. I'm not sure why these issues weren't caught during UAT, but please ensure these are resolved ASAP.

Also, the issues of documents remaining open an inaccessible for other users when the admin user doesn't close the document by selecting "Save Draft" is proving to be a very annoying problem that we need to resolved. I know there is a user story already created on this issue, but we should ensure it gets a high priority, because this is going to be a major issues going forward.

We did not encounter this issue in UAT and I have not found any requirements from the original prototype or the current version indicating that document access should be limited.

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh is it possible that the implementation has been updated in order to prevent draft conflicts? 

If so, we should consider implementing a similar admin override functionality as in ISLG with plans to improve the overall admin session implementation as described here: Re: Draft record - Multiple user access - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

We can get these requirements transferred over ASAP.

Yes, given the frustration this is causing, it would be great if we could at least have the admin override function integrated into ILG for the time being, and then deal with the broader issues later.
