Hello all,

Here is the recording from today's meeting. Note the recording only started about halfway through the meeting. The following action items need to be addressed:
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan will put together plan on prioritizing tasks to be included in the following releases:
    • Release 7 (4 January 2021): tasks affecting features that are required for ISLG team to take delivery of application and start getting Admin site ready for launch.
    • Release 8 (11 January 2021): tasks affecting features that are required before the new ISLG application is launch with ISLG subscribers.
    • Release 9 (29 January 2021): tasks that high priority features, but are not "show stoppers" for launch of ISLG application with ISLG subscribers.
    • Release 10 (unscheduled): tasks that will be ordered according to priority and scheduled according to availability of post-launch resources.
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh please review IP address authentication requirements ( Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa please direct Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh to relevant user stories) and ensure any outstanding questions are addressed during Monday's tech call.
    • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , please perform audit of all subscriber features that are suppressed for IP authenticated users, and ensure all requirements are written in TargetProcess.
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh , please review possible options for dealing with issues of some documents not having HTMLs, and report back on best possible technical solution: Resolving PDF to HTML Issue - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.
    • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , we will finalize the solution during our call on Tuesday.
  • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa , Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi and Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , please review requirements for Enhance Profile Contact form: http://islg-website-wordpress.ind.ninja/enhance-your-profile/ taking the following into consideration:
    • Users are having difficulty understanding the difference between a non-enhance and enhanced profile (i.e., what are the benefits of an enhanced profile).
    • Users will be taken directly to the Enhanced Profile Contact form when they select the link within a non-enhanced profile.
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh , please review outstanding items in ILG project and report back on timelines for the next month.
