Hello everyone,

Here is the recording from today's meeting, and these are the action items that I noted. Please add any items that I forgot to mention:
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , please indicate in the ISLG Development plan under Column K (Feature Suppressed) when features are being suppressed on the Subscriber site and add comments in the applicable user story specifying what features were suppressed.

  • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , please review the updated ISLG Development Plan above when completed by Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , review comments in applicable user stories and tests that suppressed features are:
    • suppressed across all applicable features; and
    • are not interfering with critical aspects of the application
  •   Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , please discuss and share plan for dealing with the following issues before launch:
    1. IP authenticated access in new application needs to be tracked and recorded in group usage data.
    2. Session details concerning IP authenticated access within legacy application currently recorded within individual usage data needs to migrated and recorded as group usage data. 
    3. Session details for both legacy application and new application need to be consolidated into new application.
    4. Access to both the legacy application and new application need to be managed through the new application.
    5. Need to suppress access to Group Manager feature within legacy application (only accessible through new application) 
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please use the UIN and Case Name fields for generating the URLs for disputes and dispute documents within the marketing site. Also, let's do the same for People and Organization profiles (People: UIN and Full Name; Organization: UIN and Organization Name) - unless Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa disagrees with this.
  • Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan has created a new to-do list specifically dedicated to reporting issues with loading speeds in the application: ISLG Feedback on Loading Issues - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. All loading speed issues should be reported and will be triaged and resolved according to priority. Note a loading issue would be any page and search result that cannot be generated with 2-3 seconds ( Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , please take note and report issues as you come across them, particularly in the Subscriber site).
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please generate report of dispute documents that have been flagged as potentially having issues with integrating analysis data into new application, and then we will proceed with process outlined here: Broken Tags - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi and Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah will develop a to-do list that will include all labeling/template changes required to match Subscriber side templates with latest version of mock-up. To-do's will get triaged according to priority and then implemented as possible by Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and team.

We have completed below points in development and will be released by today's end of day.
- Session tracking with Group auto login
- Listing of Session details in Admin side for both Group & Subscribers

Related to syncing User and Group, we need more 7 working days + 3 to 5 UAT days to implement this process and we can provide you test data to check further.

So, we need to discuss this syncing process and timeline in our today's call to extend Go live date to include this feature.

Also, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , have all the appropriate features been suppressed within rebuilddemo.islg or is this still a working in progress?
