Hello all,

Here is the recording from today's meeting. Here are the outstanding action items:

Ketan and Harsh please consult on setting up staging environment for testing new ISLG application with migrated data.
Ketan and Harsh please consult and share plan on syncing and consolidating user data within new ISLG application. The plan should include specific steps leading up to launch that will minimize interruption to our ability to manage ISLG users.
Morgan will provide broken tag report: Broken Tags - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, which will identify documents that require creating a table of correspondence as discussed here: Re: Confirm integration of HTML document with Custom paragraph schemas - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion. Jitesh and Piyush , will need to create documents similar to the following sample for each document flagged in the report:

Morgan will provide Ketan and Jitesh with list of new documents that required PDF to HTML coding. Jitesh will take list and produce a PDF quality report that will be used to assign documents to the manual and automated coding processes.
***FROM PREVIOUS MEETING*** Harsh and Ketan , please indicate in the ISLG Development plan under Column K (Feature Suppressed) when features are being suppressed on the Subscriber site and add comments in the applicable user story specifying what features were suppressed.

***FROM PREVIOUS MEETING*** Melissa and Naomi , please review the updated ISLG Development Plan above when completed by Harsh and Ketan , review comments in applicable user stories and tests that suppressed features are:
- suppressed across all applicable features; and
- are not interfering with critical aspects of the application

Naomi please review and suggest appropriate insertions of Knowledge Centre links into marketing site (e.g., Product page, header/footer, etc.)
Savannah please review feedback on accessibility of ISLG application for mobile users and ensure all issues have been addressed as best possible: Re: UPDATED - Article Citator, Advanced Filter, Action Menu - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Jitesh please ensure any to-do's resolved as part of the upcoming ILG release have comments inserted into the applicable to-do's when the releases are deployed
Jitesh , Harsh and Ketan please ensure that you are developing plan how you are going to redeploy 2 developers from the ISLG project to the ILG project effective February 1st.
