Hello everyone,

Here is the recording from today's meeting. I've noted the following action items:

Based on our discussions, we will deploy the new application on the domaine https://new.investorstatelawguide.com and Savannah will setup redirects from all the marketing site pages on the legacy application to the equivalent pages on the new marketing site.
- Ketan, please make the appropriate requests from Carbon60 to setup the domain, and then I assume we'll move rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com to new.investorstatelawguide.com
Harsh and Ketan will setup the new staging environment on staging.investorstatelawguide.com on January 27th, which will combine the latest application deployments from rebuilddemo.investorstatelawguide.com with the database from rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com.
- staging.investorstatelawguide.com will effectively replace rebuiddemo.investorstatelawguide.com as the default testing environment for the new application, and comprehensive testing will be performed by the Tologix and Industrial teams September 27-29.
Morgan will provide Harsh with a report outlining the documents recently added to the HTML coding queue so that these documents can be changed to display analysis data on subscriber site: Re: HTML temporarily unavailable message for all dispute documents presented on any research tools - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Harsh will provide a report containing analysis data from the legacy application for dispute documents where the source paragraph ID contains a decimal (e.g., 1.20). This data will then be examined and changed to separate paragraph ranges, and then uploaded to replace existing analysis data in rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com: Paragraph Ranges not being Migrated Properly - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.
- Harsh will provide a similar report for dispute documents with custom paragraph number schema, but also with table of correspondence to march analysis data with HTML paragraph IDs: Re: Broken Tags - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Morgan will examine external HTML converter application results, and submit feedback for Jitesh to review and implement: Re: External converter not working - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion
Ketan and Harsh will confirm with Radomir on when issues with FTS and Subject Navigator search will be resolved, and report back on when these features will be available for testing (hopefully when we deploy the staging environment next week).
Melissa will update the user stories for synching IP address ranges between the legacy and new application based on the following:
- Group IP address changes in new application will apply changes to all user account within group on legacy application.
- If a user is removed from a group, any IP address ranges assigned to that user will be deleted.
Melissa and Naomi will use the updated development plan to audit suppressed features when they are released on rebuilddemo.investorstatelawguide.com on Monday, January 25th.

***FROM PREVIOUS MEETING*** Ketan and Harsh please consult and share plan on syncing and consolidating user data within new ISLG application. The plan should include specific steps leading up to launch that will minimize interruption to our ability to manage ISLG users.
Savannah , when updates to headers/footers for new marketing site are complete, please ensure these are provided to Harsh so that they can integrate them into the non-CMS marketing site pages.

Hello everyone,

Further to second action item above, tomorrow we are scheduled to deploy the new ISLG staging environment on staging.investorstatorlawguide.com. Carbon60 has confirmed that the new domain is setup and ready to go.

, please confirm when the new environment is up and running.

As we’ve discussed previously, rebuilddemo.investorstatelawguide.com will become staging.investorstatelawguide.com and all data from rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com will be integrated into the new environment, which will allow the teams to perform the last round of comprehensive testing before the last phase of application development next week (with the exception of the marketing site and consolidating user data between the legacy and new applications). This needs to be an intense effort of testing to ensure we capture any outstanding issues within the application before the end of the week. My suggestion is that the testing focus on the following:

ISLG Team

Test the document uploading and analysis process on the admin site to confirm that the system is ready when the team starts uploading new content in the production environment (new.investorstatelawguide.com, formerly rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com) on February 8th.
Test the Reports features within the admin site to confirm that we are able to build all the necessary reports for ISLG Reports.
Test the subscriber side of ISLG Reports after building a series of canned reports in admin reports.

Industrial Team

Perform high level testing on all Subscriber side features. In particular, test features where previous testing was limited by a lack of production data and fully functioning HTML documents, including the following:
- Dispute Document View
- Document Comparison tool
- Research Notepad
- Exporting Functions
- Full Text Search
- Research Tool searches

Yes we are in process of setting up Staging environment with all required components to run application smoothly. This should be done by tomorrow end of day as after setting up this, we need to do QC from our end to ensure site is running smooth without any issues.

this morning. Please refrain from submitting anymore testing or feedback on rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com. We'll wait for the new staging environment to be released tomorrow and resume testing there.

Note this includes confirming whether to-do's are resolved that have been completed by

Harsh

and the team this morning. We want to shift all testing to the staging environment.

Conversely, unless it makes sense to make a release to both environments,

please ensure all fixes are released to the new staging environment going forward, and then we'll redeploy everything to the new production environment when we set it up on February 8th.
