I have updated which HTML documents have been added to the new ISLG application by inserting "1" into the applicable cells under column AJ (Uploaded to ISLG) in the Automated HTML coding list and column X (Upload to ISLG) in the Manual coding list.

Now that we've completed uploading batch 1, could you please mark completed documents in batches 2-6 based on their priority and Jitesh and Harsh will proceed with uploading all completed documents to app.islg.

We have uploaded batch 1 files to app.islg and also updated the latest date of the column "Upload to ISLG" into automated and manual sheet.

In batch-1 some files already in app.islg and some UIN entry not in app.islg.

The following UIN have already html file in app.islg.

 

 

And, following UIN’s entry are not available in app.islg.

 

 

Please check it and provide next batch to upload.

We have ready to upload any number of pages or documents to upload in Batch 2. Please select document as per you guys need to upload in Batch 2, we are ready to upload html.

Shouldn't we be uploading these HTMLs ourselves if there are no entries in the application yet? As a result, we shouldn't be included them in the batch upload process.

Hi Morgan and Jitesh ,

Correct, those 9 files listed above should not have been included in the Batch. I had accidentally listed them as part of Batch 1 not realizing that they did not have entries in app.islg. These 9 files were sent for HTML conversion back in January 2021.  
 
I can confirm that these 9 HTMLs have now been upload to app.islg.
