Hello everyone,

Here is the recording from today's meeting, and here are the action items from the meeting:
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Devaang Bhatt Devaang will put together a list of releases for the next two weeks taking into consideration the user stories/bugs/to-do's that have been flagged as "show stoppers" in the ISLG Admin, ISLG Subscriber and Basecamp to-do's tabs within the ISLG Rebuild and ILG Project Timeline: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ArmqOfOLDeME0i1OzrnyueIDa6_Xam4P_nZ1ddv5dW8/edit#gid=1413158258. This list will be provided to Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan for review and approval.
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Devaang Bhatt Devaang will connect with the IMS team at DevIT to assist with the issues that are occurring with the Carbon60 servers, and then schedule a call with the Carbon60 team to troubleshoot the issues. The issues to be addresses include the following:
    • SQL agent jobs running on the application are causing the Temp DB file to grow indefinitely.
    • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh has observed that the new application is maxing out the CPU on the server compared to when the application is running in a local environment.
    • Determine whether it is advisable for us to run the production and staging environments on separate servers, and potentially perform all SQL jobs and dtSearch indexing on the staging servers so that they do not compromise the performance of the application in the production environment.
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will proceed with implementing the solution for the front-end permissions for the Notepad Feature as outlined here: https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=bug/21465 (note the user story has been put back into the Backlog)
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will proceed with updating the data for the Jurisprudence Citator and Publication Citator to eliminate the duplicate references problem: Re: Duplicate References in Jurisprudence Citator on the Rebuild Live Site - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
    • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa please take note of the broader design proposed for eliminating duplicate references with "All References", which we will address post-launch. Perhaps we could create a brief user story in Open status that outlines the basic requirements that we can fill-in with more detail later.
  • Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah please consult with Stephanie Ducasse, Web Developer at Industrial Stephanie on the best solution with dealing with the issue of Action Menus within the master tree on the admin site: https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=bug/21374 and then consult with Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and team during next Monday's call.
    • Also, Stephanie Ducasse, Web Developer at Industrial Stephanie please determine whether this issue could be affecting other areas of the application (particularly on the Subscriber site) and flag that for discussion during Monday's call.

  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , please ensure that item #3 is addressed and integrated into the work pipeline for the public facing pages of the Dispute Library and Treaties & Rules Library: Problems with integrating public facing application pages with marketing site - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. A simplified search with auto-suggest is all that's required.
  • Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan will create a to-do outlining the requirements for merging the content between www.ilg and dev.ilg.
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi please start performing UAT on the ILG user stories with a focus on navigating and searching the tagging content on the subscriber side of www.islg.
