Irit has provided a total of 86 documents, not 46, for the batch upload process, please confirm.

There is also a document UIN number: IC /0422/02 developed by the CDS team and the specified basecamp URL from the spreadsheet was not found. So please provide the appropriate basecamp URL to include that document in the batch process. I am currently providing 85 documents to Harsh for further processing.

Once documents are uploaded to app.islg, I will update the spreadsheet on the applicable date under column "Upload to ISLG" in the relevant document.

There is few quires as per app.islg database to upload 86 html documents.

The following UIN's html is already available on app.islg.

1.      IC/0408/01

2.      IC/0422/02

3.      SC/0015/89

4.      SC/0015/86

And, The Following UIN's entry is not available in app.islg database so we can not upload html for following UINs.

 

1.  IC/0177/14

2.  IC/0281/27

3.  IC/0417/05

4.  IC/0423/02

5.  IC/0453/04

6.  IC/0504/10

7.  IC/0542/03

8.  SC/0015/95

9.  UN/0259/01


It mean we need to upload only remaining 73 documents html file on app.islg.

Please confirm.

For the documents that already have an HTML on the system, please ensure a time stamp is added to the Uploaded to ISLG column in the respective HTML coding lists. Also, please ensure this is updated with any other documents that are not currently marked in the list. This needs to be an accurate list of what documents have been added to the system.

Irit ​, for the documents that do not have entries in app.islg, I assume these are entries that were created after the migration and that you need Jitesh ​ to provide you with copies of the HTMLs so that you can manually upload the files as part your processes over the next few weeks?

My mistake.  The documents that do not have entries in app.islg, were sent for HTML conversion in January 2021.  I can download these 9 HTMLs and upload them.
