Hi everyone,

Here is the recording from today's meeting. These are the action items I've noted:

Harsh and Radomir will resolve performance issues with Dispute & Dispute Documents search and deploy changes to staging.islg tomorrow.
Naomi will perform test on FTS to confirm that date range filters exclude documents without data entered into the applicable date field.
Harsh will deploy updates to public facing application pages for Dispute Library and Treaties & Rule Library to incorporate a basic search function.
The latest version of the application on staging.islg (which will include a resolution of the action menu issues) will be deployed to app.islg at the end of next week. Paul please take note that this means that accessing the Subject Navigator within the sidebar during analysis will be available after this deployment.
Problems with extracting provisions lists from HTML documents will persist and cannot be resolved before launch: Adding Provision Codes to HTML - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. Paul and Irit take note that this will limit our ability to add new Treaties and Arbitration Rules to the new application, and will require manually transferring provision lists from the legacy application until the issue is resolved. We will resolve this issue as part of the broader issues of how HTMLs are structured when converted with the XML to HTML converter: Re: Problem HTML documents converted from XML documents - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Naomi will test and confirm that regression and performance issues with Document Comparison tool are resolved: Problem with loading for Document Comparison tool - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
Naomi and Melissa will build ISLG Reports within staging.islg to confirm that sample reports here are possible to build: https://docs.google.com/document/d/19FoHsHYXNsBijYWzypIUTBIx6YObJtP5R5h1n_-gPMI/edit and https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sonl66cxgw_GtxKbTkNGyyItzHA1Eb3HyaDXkRst72c/edit#gid=1384971636. Paul and Morgan will use these samples as a guide for building all the reports required in app.islg after the deployment next week.
Harsh will change settings on session tracking so that session will not end when a browser tab is closed (i.e., the user will need to close the entire browser window to end the session). When this change is implemented, Naomi will perform a test that when all ISLG browser tabs are closed but other tabs are open in the browser, that the session will end after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Jitesh and Ketan , please ensure all development work in ILG focuses on resolving the extract issue on the subscriber site: Re: Presentation of HTML excerpts within Tag excerpts - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) and auditing and resolving performance issues within the subscriber side.
Paul and Irit , for any HTML documents that require integration into the new ISLG application, please assign the documents to batches in the respective lists, and Jitesh and Harsh will integrate the documents into the new application and input the date under "Uploaded to ISLG" when the documents are uploaded.
