Hello all,

Here is the recording from today's meeting, and the action items:

Jitesh please confirm with Irit when all batch 2 documents are uploaded to app.islg, and please updated the "Uploaded to ISLG" columns as documents are added to the system
- When batch 2 is complete, immediately start uploading all batch 3 documents. We need to get all completed documents on app.islg as soon as possible.
Harsh and Ketan , please provide update tomorrow after investigation resolution to ISLG Reports problem: Problem with Reports - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. As discussed we need to resolve the issues with only displaying the values that are applicable to the record value for all child fields without compromising the performance of generating reports in ISLG Reports.
Harsh , please confirm when final fixes to FTS and DD search are deployed on staging.islg and Naomi and Morgan will perform final testing before final deployment to app.islg.

If you can please request to Carbon60 regarding install SSl certificate in both app.islg and staging.islg early next week so that we can verify in both applications running smooth without any issues or we can fix it by next week week only if any.

The SSL certificates have already been installed. The only issue outstanding is setting up the redirects from the http pages to the https pages. I've submitted this request, I expect them to perform the tasks today or tomorrow.

Monday, March 29th: all user stories/bugs and to-do's will be competed on staging.investorstatelawguide.com and pushed to app.investorstatelawguide.
Wednesday, March 31st: user data migration scripts will be run and existing users will be synced between legacy and new application.
Tuesday, April 6th: users created on legacy app since March 31st will be migrated to new application and redirects (and other applicable changes) will be implemented by Carbon60 at 7:00am to make the ISLG application live.

I spoke too soon. This issue has not been resolved. For example, Dispute Document IC/0422/02, SC/0015/89, SC/0015/86 and IC/0310/02 should not be time stamped on the spreadsheets. I noticed that all the searches powered by dtSearch are not working within app.islg (see video below). Is this because the indexes haven't had chance to run yet? Please confirm to ensure we don't have a broader problem.
