Hi everyone,

Following-up on above, to clarify priorities post-launch until we setup a new agile development process under Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin 's direction, I have updated the Basecamp to-do's tab in the ISLG Rebuild and ILG Project Timelines spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ArmqOfOLDeME0i1OzrnyueIDa6_Xam4P_nZ1ddv5dW8/edit#gid=50980019

These to-do's will be the priorities for ISLG development in the weeks ahead (subject to further urgent issues that are discovered as we learn more about the new application).

Under column E: Priority, I have assigned each to-do priority ranging from 1-4 (1 highest to 4 lowest). Also, to give some context to each to-do, I have assigned each to type under column D: Type.

Issues that will cause errors in results for subscribers (Subscriber Error) and issues affecting the ISLG team's ability to complete analysis (Admin Analysis) have been given the highest priority. I have also assigned a high priority to issues concerning user management, because these problems will grow if we do not resolve them quickly.

Thanks,

Morgan

Following up above, further to Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin 's recommendations, I have assigned all the to-do's in Basecamp a specific order to clarify priorities: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ArmqOfOLDeME0i1OzrnyueIDa6_Xam4P_nZ1ddv5dW8/edit#gid=50980019
