Hello everyone,

Here is the recording from today's meeting and here are the relevant action items:
  • Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin with Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and team will continue working towards migrating source code to Azure DevOps, and determine the appropriate project management tool.
  • Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin , Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh will meet to discuss issues with servers, and determine next steps for addressing problems/risks with Carbon60.
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi will review and modify the relevant user stories concerning changes to user account expiry dates, and confirm with Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh in the Basecamp to-do that the requirements are ready for development: Change requirements for Expiry Date for accounts in groups - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi will write updated requirements in TargetProcess for the Jurisprudence Citator and Publication Citator and add the links in the relevant to-do: Re: Jurisprudence data entry error on app.islg - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will confirm whether proposed solution for tracking auto-IP sessions will cause problems when the user closes the browser tabs, but keeps the browser window open for a third-party page (will the IP sessions run on indefinitely by restarting every 30 minutes). If so, we may need to implement the 30 minutes inactivity pop-up window before implementing this change.
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will continue to perform weekly updates to the dtSearch indexes until we are able to implement a solution that allows use to updates the indexes with minimal impacts to the application.
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi for the issues found concerning Followed Topics: Re: Notifications within Followed Topics when changes made to Dispute form - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, please provide videos in the relevant user stories to illustrate the problem.
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will integrate the migration of provision list to-do into their ongoing processes, so that these tasks can be performed in a timely manner to support the content team: Migrating provision lists from legacy ISLG - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
  • Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan will prioritize creating a backlog and setting up the first sprint within ILG.
  • Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi please perform UAT on any applicable user stories/bugs within the ILG Admin and ILG Subscriber projects in TargetProcess.
  • Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh will report back on whether we can implement a change to the CSS that will resolve the issues with rendering the HTMLs reported in the following to-do's: Problems with completed HTML documents - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion
  • Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh will review and confirm that the latest version of the ILG HTML Coding Manual is valid and being implemented as part of the manual coding process: ILG HTML Coding Manual.docx - TOLOGIX - PDF to HTML Conversion
