Hello everyone,

Here is the recording from yesterday's meeting. There were no specific action items of note. However, further to our discussion on deployments to production in ISLG (app.islg). Going forward, all deployments to ISLG production will only occur as follows:
  • Scheduled deployment window will be Mondays at 11:30pm EST (Tuesdays at 9:00am IST). 
    • If a the development team decides to make a deployment to ISLG production, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh will notify Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and the relevant stakeholders via a Basecamp message on Monday (IST), and the message will include a list of all the relevant items that will be included in the deployment.
  • Urgent deployments to ISLG production will only occur after Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh gets confirmation with Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan on the scope and timing of the deployment.
