Action Items from 04-Feb-21 Team Meeting

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, my Zoom desktop app crashed this morning and I wasn't able to save the recording. However, here are the action items I've noted from the meeting:
  • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi going forward, when posting any bugs or user stories in TargetProcess, please ensure that anything that requires completion before launch is indicated as such with "complete before launch" in the title.
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , please email Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan   with instructions on what memory modifications are needed on the Carbon60 server, and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan   will relay those instruction to Carbon60.
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please discuss the logistic and timing for batch uploading HTMLs as they are completed in the automated and manual PDF to HTML conversion process.
  • Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , please integrate new marketing site into the app.investorstatelawguide.com and staging.investorstatelawguide after app.investorstatelawguide.com is deployed on Monday
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan , Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , please review Google Doc providing overview of implementation strategy for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Sentry: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fXZKgUpxyuG9y-_UjSIeDWITJaAdboaj5rP-YEGmKTQ/edit# and determine whether there are any red flags from a technical perspective that would prevent us from integrating these third party application.
    • Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan will create a new to-do list in Basecamp to discuss and assign tasks for implementation
  • Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa , please make any necessary updates to user stories, including https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=userstory/21159 to accommodate the following:
    • Access to user management within legacy application will be maintained post-user synchronization with new application
    • All changes to existing IP addresses will be manually updated within legacy application
  • Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , please ensure marketing site and public facing pages of the application have all the appropriate page titles, meta descriptions and URL structures for SEO purposes.
  • Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh , based on feedback concerning development priorities, please provide updated release plan for ILG. 
  • ***FROM PREVIOUS MEETING*** Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh please consult and share plan on syncing and consolidating user data within new ISLG application. The plan should include specific steps leading up to launch that will minimize interruption to our ability to manage ISLG users.
  • ***FROM PREVIOUS MEETING*** Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Paul Moon Paul will review and finalize copy for Knowledge Centre pages next week: Knowledge Centre Content - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild
