I have reviewed the dispute library criteria and templates. There was a small update to the template to include some additional filters - however the dispute card template and criteria are correct.
Please let me know if you encounter any specific issues, but as far as I see this is working as designed.

We don't have advance filter html template for dispute and dispute document library.
Please provide template when user click on advance filter which you described in wireframe.

We'll get those to you as soon as we can. For now if you are looking for an example - the filters will be identical to the dispute & dispute document advanced filters in the Full Text Search.

The full text search will take in phase 3 and also the both developer are different to devlope this modules.
If you will provide same advance filter template for dispute & dispute document then it will be good for us.
