2.5 Terms & Phrases only has "Indexes and links to content in various places in application". This tool does link to other places in the application, but it also has it's own unique content, which is currently populated by the Terms & Phrases uploading tools (similar to citators).
Change "Full Article" to "Full Case" under 3.0 Dispute Documents

Yes, you're right. This should be in the Master List on the admin site. It should probably have it's own database category similar to Non-Investment Treaty Dispute or Publications.
