Spreadsheet - form labels

Hey Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,
Here's the spreadsheet. Let me know if you have any questions. You'll notice I put a link to the corresponding wireframe beside the title of each item. I'm not done updating the wireframes yet though, but I'll let you know what that's all done. The links will still all be the same. 

Also, I haven't yet added the data capture for the citators - I'll add these. I'm not going to put the legal analytics stuff in here because your spreadsheet is better for that. I'll just provide anil an explanation for how we're handling that data.
