Here is the template for subject navigator. The other 3 are in progress and will be posted as soon as we finish them (by EOD Tuesday).

There was an one issue with template. We are not finding any Component, Config, Structure, helpers css under map folder. We are not able to apply the Subject Navigator title header class.
Please confirm what we will do or provide remaining css files.

The subject navigator styles should work with everything that was provided as it's no different than the hosted example: http://tologix-islg-subscribers.s3-website.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/subject-navigator.html
