For the Article Citator update above, I don't see how this resolves the "All References" link option. All we've done is added the additional Article 12 references. How is the "All References" link going to get displayed?
The advanced filters pop up was added to the template and the all references link was added back in.
Let me know if there are any other issues.

When we're building the HTML templates, are we considering and testing how these present on mobile devices? I ask, because I was taking a look at the following template on my phone: http://tologix-islg-subscribers.s3-website.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/article-citator.html, and as you can see with my screenshots, there a number of problems:
I understand that the overall design is meant for a desktop experience, but my expectation was that user would be able to access and use the application through a mobile device if required, particularly on the Subscriber side, and the issues above won't allow that to happen. How should we address this issue?
Morgan
Given the complexity of the application we has not considered a fully responsive view. If you feel this is critical we can take some time to come up with some mobile specific designs to guide the development.
Given the UI, this will likely the involve collapsing elements into menus and/or limiting the research tool views to compact etc.
Patrick can propose some design solutions that we can get into implementation for the subscriber side.

I don't want to completely redevelop the UI, but we should make some changes to make it accessible through mobile devices. A couple of basic changes would be to make the default view from a mobile device to be zoomed out. For example, if you view the subscriber site on an iPad, it greatly improves the UI:
There are still some overlapping/misplaced icons that need to be resolved, but presenting a more zoomed out page, and then forcing the user to zoom in as required would be a better solution. Could we implement this without a significant amount of work?
Also, when we're building the marketing site, I'd like to ensure we're implementing this with full mobile UI capability, and that wireframes/prototypes, etc. are showing presentation of pages in both browser environments, and that we're using tools like BrowserStack to confirm that pages are presenting as required across all browsers and devices.
Thanks,
Morgan
I've spoken with Kev, we can add a minimum width to the responsive layout, then correct any issues that remain in the templates. We'll create a task for this and update the subscriber templates accordingly.

Could you provide me with an update on whether and when the template updates described above will be completed.
Thanks,
Morgan
The team had a chat about this today. As you suggested, we will implement a minimum width to the responsive layout in order avoid broken elements and overlapping text on smaller screens.
We feel the most efficient approach will be to have the top level of the various master trees and citators more responsive, but maintain the minimum width for nested levels and have users scroll once they have expanded one of the top level branches.
Kev will implement this change then Patrick will conduct a quick review to look for any issues. William will run the templates through QA then we'll share with you.
Upon seeing the solution, if you feel the responsive layouts are not adequate we could conduct a more thorough review and implement template specific solutions. We estimate this would take ~ 3days for a more significant update.
We'll share the revised template links once they are available.

Just following-up on the discussion above concerning the revised templates to make the subscriber side mobile friendly. Have the revised templates been implemented yet?
Thanks,
Morgan
Yes these templates have been implemented. Here are some examples if you'd like to review:

Further to the video below, there are still a few issues that need to be resolved. I'm not sure which ones are resolvable, but let's ensure we examine possible solutions and then we can assess whether to make revisions, because I assume these are already implemented in the application.
Thanks,
Morgan
We focused on making improvements through the CSS and avoided changing the HTML in order to not cause any issues with the templates themselves. I will bring this back to our dev team to see if we can resolve any of the issues you pointed out through CSS, or it there are any other options.
