Accessing PDF version in Subscriber site
Hi
Melissa
,
Further to the video below, we were having a discussion about PDF to HTML conversion this morning, and it came up that users may want to easily access the PDF version of a document when certain elements of a document are unavailable in the HTML (e.g., images, tables, etc.). Looking through the wireframes and HTML templates, I didn't see an accessible way for subscriber users to access the PDF within the application. Could you explain where and how the PDF is available? Ideally, I think we would want the PDF easily accessible within the application via a PDF viewer whenever they are viewing the HTML in the Document View.
Thanks,
Morgan

I'm just following-up on my post above. Would it be possible for us to have a call to discuss this week?
Thanks,
Morgan
Mel is on vacation today and tomorrow but I can schedule a call for Monday if you'd like. She is free at noon and 1pm Vancouver time.
A call Monday at 1pm would be great.
Thanks,
Morgan
