Adding People & Documents
Hi Jitesh and Harsh,
We are having issues with adding certain content to our master lists. It was working up until about 45 minutes ago, we cannot add people and documents. This is blocking us from finishing a few UAT items. Mel has logged an issue for this but we felt it was worth while to reach out and see if we can get it resolved so we can continue and complete testing.

We have checked this issue and tried to upload PDF document. We are able to upload document successfully and it is converted successfully.
I assume there was something error in PDF. While you click on Start Conversation the uploaded PDF file is not able to convert due to some error.
Please try again with select another PDF document and also please send that PDF to us which you tried in video. Hence, Our PDF to HTML team will look into that PDF and try to resolve the issue.
the issues we were having with adding to people and documents is resolved.
